What to Expect

This one-hour weekly class provides students with a rich and engaging music education experience. Designed to mirror the group music instruction offered in public schools, this program offers foundational music concepts blended with hands-on exploration for a fun and interactive learning environment.

What Students Will Learn:

• ● Rhythm and Movement: Clapping games, body percussion, and rhythm instruments develop an intuitive sense of rhythm.
• ● Melody and Pitch: Singing, listening exercises, and Solfeggio practice enhance pitch and ear training.
• ● Instrument Exploration: Hands-on experience with instruments creates confidence and curiosity.
• ● Music Theory Basics: Learn note reading, rhythm patterns, and musical symbols in an age-appropriate way.
• ● Group Music Experience: Collaborative activities foster teamwork, creativity, and a deeper appreciation of music.

Wednesdays 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM: Grades K-2 (Ages 5-7)

Wednesdays 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Grades 3-5 (Ages 8-10)

Meet Our Teacher

Anya Bray, a Newnan, Georgia native and graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor’s in Performing Arts, is a talented actress, singer, and performer. She began honing her dance skills at age 3 in styles such as Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, and Praise. Anya has appeared in local plays and film productions and teaches vocal lessons while actively volunteering in her community. Passionate about representation in the arts, her career goals include writing, directing, and producing movies and television series. Anya aims to inspire young artists to pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.
